Returns & Exchanges

• Returns must be made within 30 days of initial purchase.

• Returns must include the original receipt. No exchange can be issued without a receipt. 

• Returned items must be in marketable shape. Items with wear-and-tear, shrinkage, or stains may not be exchanged. 

• The Commerce Connection does not issue monetary refunds. Returned items may be exchanged for store credit, at the same value as the initial purchase price 

• The Commerce Connection does not offer store credit in the case of supply-chain related delays.
